Are Limousine Companies Regulated by the State?

It is required that limousines be licensed as “Livery Vehicles.” In order to be allowed to display Livery Vehicle license plates, the company must prove that it carries commercial liability insurance coverage. It is required to have vehicle safety inspection completed by Arizona Department of Transportation. All Chauffeurs are required to provide drug testing and background checks.

When do my charges begin and end when renting any limousine?

In our immediate service area, charges begin and end when the limousine arrives at your location and drops you off at your destination. If you live outside of our immediate area some travel time from the limousines point of origin and its return to our facility may apply. When you make you reservation we will tell you exactly how much the limousine is going to cost – no surprises.

Do you offer special corporate limousine services and pricing?

Yes, we do offer special corporate services and discount pricing. Usually this includes no minimum hourly requirement. Depending on the service requests and the volume of limousine rentals, most limousine companies will work with corporations and mid-size companies to provide limousines services that suit their specific needs and requirements. Please inquire.

How far in advance should I book my wedding?

As soon as you have confirmed your wedding date, ceremony and reception location it is a good idea to book your limousine. The wedding season books quite early for special vehicles, so you will want to make your reservation as soon as you have your information. We also offer a discount for weddings taking place other than Saturday.

Please keep in mind that many weddings occur during winter and spring which coincides with school formals and dances.
